modern decor useful kitchenette complimentary tea kind staff

The hotel include modern decor. The rooms has useful kitchenettes. I was provided complimentary tea and coffee, that a nice touch. The staff are helpful and very kind.

great location with stylish rooms

convenient location self-catering facilities helpful staff

i stayed for a few nights and found the location very convenient it was close to many attractions the room had self-catering facilities i used them often the staff at the front desk was always available and ready to help i appreciated their assistance

the instructions for using the washer and dryer could be improved it took me a while to figure out the settings

Wonderful stay with excellent amenities

central location good room size comfortable bed friendly staff

I appreciated the central location near Ha'penny Bridge. The room size was good. It included decent kitchen facilities. The comfortable bed and separate sitting area were much better than a standard hotel room. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

The room lighting was quite dim, so it was hard to see everything properly in the room at times.

the apartment was spacious. it was perfect for a city break.

work started before 7am, so i couldn't sleep. i asked if i could move to a quieter room, but i was told work didn't start until 8am, a lie. i was really disappointed.
